As an independent entrepreneur, Toys-Farm is responsible for its own range.
Toys-Farm supplies the complete range of Agricultural miniatures and Farm Toys from Siku, Rolly Toys, Britains, Universal Hobbies and related items.
Offers are always subject to product availability. Typing errors are reserved at all times.
The purchase agreement between Toys-Farm and the buyer is concluded when the trial period of 14 days after receipt of the order has expired.
All prices of products on this site are pick-up prices, including VAT. The costs of transport for a mail order order (shipping costs) are borne by the buyer. Shipping costs depend on the weight and size of the ordered items. With a mail order order, the buyer instructs Toys-Farm to deliver the package to a carrier in his name and on his behalf.
Within Belgium, ordered products will be delivered to the carrier within 1 week after payment has been credited to our account, provided they are in stock. We always confirm your order by email, to the email address you provided

Items you have purchased from Toys-Farm can be exchanged and/or returned without giving reasons within 14 calendar days of receipt, provided you still have the invoice, the purchase has not been used and is in the original packaging. The amount you paid will be refunded to your account within 14 days, minus shipping costs.
If you have received a defective item, we will exchange it free of charge for the same product, if available, provided you still have the invoice, the purchase has not been used and is in the original packaging. You must contact us within 3 days of receiving the defective item. For complaints received after this period, the right to return expires.
If you have returned items, please obtain proof of postage from the post office so that the return can be traced. Toys-Farm is not responsible for lost packages.
Toys-Farm cannot be held liable for deviations in prices, images and texts.
All branded products supplied are covered by a warranty against manufacturing/assembly errors.
Toys-Far values a good relationship with its customers and does its utmost to serve you as best as possible. If you nevertheless have any complaints, please let us know so that we can find a solution together.
